Jacqueline Claudia has managed, guided and consulted with over a hundred companies ranging from Fortune 5’s to start-up incubators. Her extensive career and clientele is a testament to her passion and ability to dislodge obstacles with unique combination of big picture strategy and pragmatic solutions.
Jacqueline delivers a jolt of shrewd perspective to maneuver through barriers that impede growth. Whether business obstacles are multi-faceted or one-dimensional, Jacqueline has a keen ability to start with an out-of-box concept, then shape it into a solid performing customer-focused business strategy… and motivate the team to get it done. Jacqueline is an advisor and mentor to seven start-up and innovation groups across the world. In this capacity, she guides budding entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs from initial concept through to expansion. She also is a guest lecturer at MIT, Wharton, and Darden School at the University of Virginia.
Jacqueline has published articles in Inc. and Chief Executive Magazine, and has had projects recognized on the Time Magazine’s Best Invention of the Year list. She has won awards such as the Award for Excellence and Promise from the American Management Consulting Foundation and the Top Speaker accolades from multiple industry conferences.
Jacqueline grew up in the coal-mining district of Pennsylvania. Her resilience, hard work and tenacity helped her break through educational barriers of her hometown and graduate from Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania. She obtained her M.B.A. from Darden School at the University of Virginia.
Jacqueline lives in Boulder, Colorado with her husband and four curious kids.
